These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FindaSAP website at findasap.com (the “Site”) and all related services operated by Court Solutions LLC, DBA FindASAP.com (“FindaSAP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
FindaSAP operates an online directory and referral platform that connects DOT-regulated transportation professionals with qualified Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) for Return-to-Duty evaluations as required under 49 CFR Part 40. Our services include:

SAP providers listed on FindaSAP are independent practitioners who maintain their own credentials, insurance, and professional responsibilities. FindaSAP does not control, supervise, or direct the professional services provided by any SAP.
Pre-Assessment Questionnaire Fee: FindaSAP charges a non-refundable fee of $95.00 for the Pre-Assessment Questionnaire. This fee is collected by National Online Training on behalf of FindaSAP and covers the cost of intake processing and SAP matching. This fee is separate from and in addition to any fees charged by the SAP provider.
SAP Evaluation Fees: SAP providers listed on FindaSAP charge their own fees for evaluation services. For clients referred through FindaSAP, providers have agreed to a maximum combined fee of $400.00 for the initial and follow-up SAP evaluations. SAP evaluation fees are paid directly to the provider and are not collected by FindaSAP.
Refund Policy: The $95.00 Pre-Assessment Questionnaire fee is non-refundable once the questionnaire has been submitted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from completing the questionnaire, please contact us at info@findasap.com for assistance.

SAP providers listed on FindaSAP have entered into a separate Provider Agreement and are required to:
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FindaSAP or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FindaSAP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
The Site and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. FindaSAP does not warrant that:
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by FindaSAP. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Guadalupe County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and FindaSAP regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
